We made these pickles from our @sandhillsfarm2table cucumbers, onion, garlic, and pickling spices - all fermenting in salt water 💦 

Another classic with this method is sauerkraut!  Just water, salt, and cabbage - plus time. ⏰ 

Note: pickles that you make with vinegar are not fermented, and most from the grocery store aren’t either!
