Dry January complete! ☑️ I love doing this eve Dry January complete! ☑️ I love doing this every year, just as a re-set.  I won’t mind going back to a glass of 🍷 every now and then, though!  What about you, do you ever go totally alcohol free for a while?
A huge congrats to @daily_gem on the development o A huge congrats to @daily_gem on the development of your (delicious) immunity bite!  I’m very honored to serve on the Gem advisory board.  Kudos to them for striving to provide evidence-based products and info!  These little “gems” are loaded with a combo of real food ingredients that support #immunehealth like turmeric, citrus, probiotics, apricots, and ginger.  It’s super fun to eat my supplements for once instead of taking a pill 💊!

I’m also very thankful that I have the knowledge and experience that allows me to read and understand the science 🧬. 

Ultimately, each person’s situation is different, so I know it can be a tough decision.  Lots of my patients have been asking for my advice.  If you’re on the fence, I empathize with you and I pray you have wellness whichever way you decide. 💕

Honestly, this book is SO needed right now.  In case you can’t tell, it’s all about nose to tail eating!⁣ 🍖

I’ve been working with a lot of vegetarians and vegans and let me just say - those nutrient panels aren’t pretty. 😳 I’m also seeing a lot of anxiety and depression in vegetarians.  Bottom line, plants 🌱 are important but there are important nutrients that we can’t get from them either well or at all!  Some of the common things I find deficient are B-12, zinc, choline, vitamin A, iron, protein, iodine, and omega 3 fats.⁣

Yes, we shouldn’t support modern meat 🥩 farming.  However, humans are omnivores.  Ashley does a great job of showing how we can reconcile that problem: by sourcing quality, ethical, sustainably raised animals and using all the parts. 🍴
